Brooch a Week, the first month.
So I made my first 4 brooches/pins for January and it seemed to be a month of silhouettes and silver. I don't mind though, this is what I like to make. I am just happy I have managed to stick to the challenge so far!

Beautiful work! The bird and owl are so pretty and your butterfly is so detailed!
These are wonderful, I especially love the bird on the branch and the intricate detailing on the butterfly. Good job with the challenge, looking forward to seeing February's creations.

I'm a paper person, tougher materials (like metal) frighten me a little bit. :)
