I am thinking of changing the backgrounds on my Etsy shop pics for my jewellery by adding a bit of colour and brightening them up. I have been experimenting with the backgrounds today, not sure if I will change them yet though I am undecided!
I love this bright background Lou but would suggest you keep a neautral(ish) background for your main pic as it's easier to fit into Treasuries ;) Nic xx
Thanks both, I have a few colours so will probably take a bunch of pics and see how they turn out. I think its harder taking pics on these bright backgrounds :S x
Thanks everyone for the input, I have just ordered 2 packs of card all lovely colours, some nice neutral shades too so I will experiment more when they get here :)

ReplyDeleteI started out with coloured backgrounds for etsy and then went to black! I think Nic's point is a very good one though!
I like both backgrounds, see if you notice a pattern in your sales. The blue is happy and sets of the piece really nicely!
